General Objective

The Research-Oriented Master’s Program in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law aims to train graduates with in-depth knowledge, critical thinking, independent research capabilities, and professional qualities to identify, analyze, and address legal and policy issues in the fields of constitutional and administrative law, meeting the demands of national development and international integration.

Specific Objectives

Knowledge

• Provide in-depth, systematic, and up-to-date knowledge of the principles, theories, legal norms, and policies in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law.
• Develop the ability to analyze, evaluate, and compare models of state power organization, mechanisms for controlling state power, and mechanisms for protecting human rights.
• Develop critical thinking and the ability to propose legal solutions and policy reforms.
