Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Minh Tuấn is a reputable legal scholar with more than 20 years of experience in teaching and research in the fields of Theory and History of the State and Law, Public Law, Comparative Law, Sociology of Law, Legal Thinking, and Legal Ethics. He is the author and co-author of more than 30 textbooks, monographs, and reference books, as well as more than 100 articles published in reputable domestic and international academic journals.
He currently serves as the Deputy Head in charge of the Faculty of Theory and History of the State and Law, VNU University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to education and research, he has received numerous awards and honors, including “Innovative Educator” (2025), “VNU Emulation Champion” (2025), and “Advanced Exemplary Individual for the 2020–2025 Period,” as well as certificates of merit for outstanding achievements in supervising students who won First and Third Prizes in scientific research competitions at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (2022, 2023) and the National Euréka Student Scientific Research Awards (2022, 2025).
