Assoc. Prof. Dr. Đỗ Đức Minh is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Constitutional and Administrative Law, VNU University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. His main research areas include Theory and History of the State and Law; History of Political and Legal Doctrines; the Rule of Law, Democracy and Human Rights; Public Governance and Anti-Corruption; Political Science and Comparative Politics; Public Policy and Policy Practice; and selected issues concerning the perspectives, guidelines, and practice of the Doi Moi (Renovation) process.
