Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Hoai Thu is a leading expert in labor law in Vietnam. She has more than 30 years of experience in teaching, research and policy advisory work in labor relations, employment law, civil service law, wages and social welfare, and the labor rights of specific groups, including women, workers with disabilities, and migrant workers. She has led and taken part in numerous state- and ministry-level research projects and international cooperation projects on labor law reform and the protection of workers’ rights, and has contributed to developing training programs and the current labor law framework.
