Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Văn Thắng is a reputable lecturer and legal scholar with nearly 15 years of experience in teaching and research in the fields of Theory and History of the State and Law; Modern Public Governance; Comparative Law; and the State and Law of ASEAN Countries. He is the author and co-author of nearly 20 textbooks, monographs, and reference books, as well as more than 50 articles published in reputable domestic and international academic journals and conference proceedings.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Văn Thắng currently serves as Acting Head of the Department of Science and Technology, Development Cooperation and Quality Assurance, concurrently Deputy Head of the Faculty of Theory and History of the State and Law, VNU University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
