Introduction

Dr. Nguyen Bich Thao is currently Acting Head of the Faculty of Private Law, VNU University of Law. She specializes in civil law, contract law, and artificial intelligence and law. Dr. Thao has extensive teaching and research experience, having taught at a number of institutions in Vietnam and abroad, and is the author and co-author of several international journal articles, monographs and textbooks. Her current research focuses on modern civil law theory and the application of technology to legal policymaking.
