Dr. Nguyen Khac Chinh is a lecturer at the Faculty of Private Law, VNU University of Law, specializing in international trade law, intellectual property and investment law. After completing his studies in the United Kingdom and Vietnam, he worked at law firms and major corporations before moving into teaching and research. His recent work focuses on Vietnam’s implementation of commitments under new-generation trade agreements, particularly the CPTPP, in the areas of intellectual property and trade remedies. He is the author of several journal articles and monographs.
