Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Văn Quân is a reputable lecturer and legal scholar with years of experience in teaching and legal research, specializing in Theory of the State and Law; Public Law and Political Science; Public Governance; Health and Pharmaceutical Law; and Comparative Law.
