Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Quoc Nguyen is a leading expert in intellectual property law and innovation management in Vietnam. With more than 20 years of experience in teaching and research, he has led and taken part in numerous national and international research projects, particularly in patent commercialization, technology transfer, intellectual asset valuation, and innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises. Alongside his teaching role, he holds management positions at VNU’s training and knowledge-transfer centers. He is the author and co-author of more than 20 books and hundreds of scientific articles published in Vietnam and abroad.
