A. Prof. Dr. Trần Kiên

Introduction

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Kien is a leading expert in civil law and intellectual property law in Vietnam. He has more than 15 years of experience in legal education, policy-oriented research and international academic cooperation. Alongside his role at VNU University of Law, he leads research at the Institute for Studies of Society, Economy and Environment (ISDS) and serves as an affiliated researcher at the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. His main research areas focus on private law reform, digital rights, intellectual property law, and the intersection of law, human rights and technology.
