Introduction

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Huy Cuong is an expert in civil law and commercial law, and currently serves as Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Private Law, VNU University of Law. With nearly 40 years of experience in teaching, research and legal policy advisory work, his interests focus on private law reform, the theory of property rights, civil obligations, and the model of a socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam.
