Dr. Nguyễn Quang Đức is a lecturer at the Faculty of Constitutional and Administrative Law, VNU University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. He completed his doctoral program in Theory and History of the State and Law in 2021 at VNU University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. His main research areas are Administrative Law and Constitutional Law.
