Dr. Nguyễn Khắc Hải, born on January 1, 1978, is currently a Lecturer at VNU University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
He successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in 2008, majoring in Law, with a specialization in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.
He works at the Faculty of Criminal Justice, VNU University of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, located at E1 Building, 144 Xuan Thuy Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
With a strong academic background in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, Dr. Nguyễn Khắc Hải is one of the lecturers who has made significant contributions to teaching, scientific research, and the training of high-quality legal professionals for Vietnam’s legal sector.
Dr. Nguyễn Khắc Hải obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Law from the School of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi in 2000. He subsequently pursued further studies and successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in Law at the Institute of State and Law, Russian Academy of Sciences, in 2008, specializing in Criminal Law.
