Introduction

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh is an expert in civil law and intellectual property law, and former Rector of VNU University of Law. She has more than 25 years of experience in teaching, research and academic administration, with research interests including private law reform, intellectual property rights, and personal data protection and privacy in the digital age.
