General Objective
The Research-Oriented Master’s Program in State Governance and Anti-Corruption aims to provide learners with advanced expertise in the legal aspects of state governance and anti-corruption. The program provides comprehensive and in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of international and national legal frameworks governing state governance and anti-corruption, while developing research capabilities, professional skills, and qualities necessary to undertake complex professional tasks in the field. It also provides a foundation in legal thinking, knowledge, and skills for independent learning and research or further study at higher levels.
Specific Objectives
Knowledge
- Provide foundational knowledge of philosophy and legal research methodology.
- Provide in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of state governance and anti-corruption, while updating learners on contemporary international and national legal developments in these fields.
- Develop systematic legal thinking based on a sufficiently broad and in-depth knowledge base, enabling learners to effectively identify and address legal issues arising in academic research and professional practice.

- Develop the skills necessary to conduct independent and innovative research into theoretical and practical issues concerning state governance and anti-corruption.
- Enable learners to effectively apply the law to legal issues arising in practice and perform professional tasks, as well as provide legal advice to organizations and individuals.
