Dear New Students of VNU University of Law,
VNU University of Law would like to provide new students with information on the fees payable upon enrollment, as well as instructions for opening a student-linked bank account and checking and paying tuition fees and other charges, as follows:
1. Opening a student-linked bank account and issuing a student-linked card at BIDV:
- Print and complete the Application Form for Opening a Personal Account and Issuing a Student-Linked Card at BIDV Cau Giay Branch (Download the Student-Linked Card Account Opening Form).
- Citizen ID card (CCCD): 01 photocopy.
2. Tuition fees and other fees payable to VNU University of Law:
- First-semester tuition fee (provisional): VND 10,000,000
- Health insurance: VND 796,950/student (14 months, from November 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027)
- Personal accident insurance (voluntary): VND 300,000/4 years (in accordance with the regulations of PVI Dong Do Insurance Company)
- Textbooks and learning materials: VND 1,046,500
- Health examination: VND 310,000
Total: VND 12,453,450
(Twelve million, four hundred and fifty-three thousand, four hundred and fifty Vietnamese dong).
3. Payment procedure and deadline:
New students are requested to make their payments from August 25, 2026 via https://law-vnu.obctdfinhub.com, following the instructions provided in Payment Application User Guide.
Notes:
- For students who are eligible for tuition fee exemptions/reductions or health insurance exemptions, or who choose not to pay voluntary fees, the amount payable = total amount due – applicable exemptions/reductions – voluntary fees not requested by the student.
- After completing the bank transfer, students should access the Paid Tuition Fees section and take a screenshot as proof of payment.
