Pursuant to Decision No. 37/2018/QD-TTg, dated 31 August 2018, of the Prime Minister, promulgating regulations on the standards and procedures for assessment and appointment to the titles of Professor and Associate Professor, and on procedures for revoking recognition of and dismissing such titles; pursuant to Circular No. 04/2019/TT-BGDDT, dated 28 March 2019, of the Minister of Education and Training, promulgating the operating regulations for the State Council for Professor Titles, the Inter-disciplinary and Disciplinary Professor Councils, and the Grassroots Professor Councils; in implementation of Notice No. 22/HDGSNN, dated 3 March 2025, of the State Council for Professor Titles, announcing the 2025 schedule for assessing candidates for the titles of Professor and Associate Professor; and based on the outcome of its meeting on 22 April 2025, the Science and Training Council of VNU University of Law nominates the following scholars to serve on the VNU University of Law Grassroots Professorship Council for 2025:
