2. Workshop Series with the Institute of Legal Strategy and Science
VNU University of Law worked with the Institute of Legal Strategy and Science, Ministry of Justice, to hold two strategic workshops on the “new era”:
- Workshop 1: “Current Status and Solutions for Improving Legislation on the Organization and Operation of the State Apparatus in the New Era.”
- Workshop 2: “Current Status and Solutions for Improving Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law in the New Era.”
3. National Workshop on the Constitution
- Event: National workshop “Directions for a Comprehensive Amendment of the 2013 Constitution to Match Practical Needs and the Country’s Development Requirements in the New Period.”
- Focus: The workshop contributed expert input on constitutional reform and national development at a timely moment. It was the first academic forum in the country to address this task in depth, following Conclusion No. 17-KL/TW issued by the Politburo on 2 April 2026.
